I have 25+years of Fire service experience: as a Firefighter, Lieutenant, and Fire Marshal.

I have 25+ years of Building Inspections experience in every Borough of NYC and every kind  of building, from private dwellings to High Rises and Commercials buildings. 

I am a Certified NYS Fire Safety Inspector and Code Enforcement Officer. 

I use only the latest Tools and Technology on every Home Inspection including;  Gas meter, Moisture meter, Temperature meter, C.O. meter, Thermal Imaging, Electric circuit analyzer, SLR Digital camera and the most up to date Home Inspection Software and Report Writing on the market.
